All sales are final.
Every piece from LOFAJOVA is created in limited quantities, made with intention, and produced on demand. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference.

We encourage you to review all product details, size guides, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your experience matters deeply to us.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at neptunaworld@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will replace the item or offer a solution that fully resolves the problem.
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Limited-Edition Policy

Because LOFAJOVA pieces are made in small batches — often tied to an artwork, a story, or a specific collection — we cannot offer:

  • Size exchanges

  • Refunds for personal preference

  • Returns for used or worn items

This ensures fairness, transparency, and availability for all customers.


European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order or limited-edition items

  • Hand-signed artwork or prints

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
